Ford to Chrysler cable?

This is only my second stereo I've installed so I only know a little bit about car stereos.

I bought a 2000 Ford Windstar and it came with a stereo with a removable face but the face was gone.

I had an old stereo from a previous car that I wanted to put in its place.

The cables in the van now are just the stock cables.

So, my question is..is there a connector/harness out there for that?

Or am I gonna have to splice wires?
