will I be able to run a 3 way active system on a FORD FOSGATE 3SIXTY.2 ?

I'd need to have crossovers at about:

hp 3000 for tweets

hp 1000 lp 4000 for mid range

hp 40 lp 1500 for midbass

Then I have my subs in the trunk, but their amp has a crossover on it already.

do you guys think the 3sixty2 is a good unit? is it worth $300 ?

No, the sub channel is Mono, and the xover point and eq is limited on that channel....this is if youre trying to use it for your midbass.
