I used to have an HC 12"......If you can find one, Id say go for it.....I have a pair of RL-Ps waiting on my sub amp, too.......They put up a 149.3, so they will get loud too. Not too sure about the powebase extremes, havent ever heard them.

You might want to check the classifieds for an SX also.

under 200... Oz Audio Matrix Elite... 25mm xmax, i doubt you will find anything that can outdisplace it for the dollar.
