If your meter is literally ripping around in circles then yeah i guess maybe it would help you.
Everyone Post your bills now, and then do this untill the end of the billing cycle and post your new bills.. Obviously we there will be some variables, but either way, it should answer our questions. I personally dont give a shit, cause mine are low enough. But if you really want to see, get a plug in meter, and plug it into things, one at a time. And see how much power they are actually drawing while turned off...I think you will see that its not as much as you think...
