For the first time in my life, I heard 4,000+ watts RMS---OMFG

I should make a post about my hlabs fluxcap, because thats what i expected this post to draw attention to and not my temporary rental car :p. By next year, i'll have an unbearable daily setup, this one is nothing.. But i'm just happy to have a 16v charging system that is isolated from the rest of the vehicle :p

 
once you get used to it, you will want to upgrade.

loudest i've heard was ray's hummer, he had a wall of 16 12's on the b pillar with 30k watts i believe, he's doing 160+ db, and did 157db on bassrace, i got teary eyed a lil bit. and blurs the vision alot+ you can't breath normally

 
what impendance was the Bravox? might nit be a direct one ohm load off the sub, not including impendance rise.. so it might not of been 4000 watts. I had a buddy who was running a setup like that and has 2 ohms of rise.... LOL

Dual 2 sub.. .9 DCR.. Didn't clamp, didn't meter.. I have my charging piece (hlabs fluxcap) to the highest setting the batterys will handle (19.2).. I have a clamp, but no true RMS meter right now.. When i checked in the first box with the bravox, i believe it was dropping to 16.**.. I could lower the voltage on my charger and i believe it'll have more amperage, since it just converts from 14 volts at so many amps (say 150) to 18 volts and 100 amps.. just rough estimate with numbers, i'd guess less than that since this is the 100 amp model and they also have a 200 amp custom model.

Edit: I didn't argue about the whole 4k rms thing for the fact that if i were having an actual 1 ohm load, i would assume to get way more than 4k rms if i'm holding 17v steady..
