Now I know why most of you guys are addicted to crazy bass.

Met up with Njaykaplan the other day, he is running a SAZ-3000D and a Bravox 12" using a 16 volt set up in his rental car, at 1-ohm. How much power is that actually? He said 4,000+ watts RMS. Oh, did I mention I built the box, and it takes the power like a CHAMP. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Ears are ringing, windshield is flexing like crazy, hair is standing up on the back of my neck, vision is blurred and people are looking at us like we're nuts, and I look over to see the biggest grin on Jay's face.

Where do I sign up?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

If only money permitted such a hobby, and if I wasn't such a SQ freak, I'd be on the band wagon with you guys.

Totally awesome, only way to describe it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

rental car setup?
he must have that bish for a while
No, he gets a new one like every 2 weeks. He is running two 16v PowerMasters along with the stock battery (which is already in the trunk) and some voltage regulator thing, he can elaborate more of what he has.

Cobalt, BTW. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

most I heard was 1k rms. . .I cannot wait until I get my new car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

maybe its a lease?
No, LOL, it's a rental car. All he does is rent cars, he doesn't own a car. He only pays $360 a month for a brand new car that's also insured. It's quite clever actually. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I have the sundown 3k, pair of S1000s from Mechman and an extra in my garage.. I have the most reliable form of charging 16v batterys with a stock alternator, it's called a Harrison Labs fluxcap. It actually is called a flux capacitor i think //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. It takes a certain amperage anywhere from 10-14v and puts out a regulated, set voltage.. I have mine set to about 19.2 at the moment, which is the max i was told i could charge my powermasters at.. I believe it takes say, 150 amps at 14, and puts out around 100 at 18.. Or slightly less numbers, but i don't have any problems putting up with the draw on the sundown 3k on the 2 small capacity batterys... They're pretty pricey, but once i can post some numbers and show off my setup, anyone that is interested can contact me and we'll get a group buy going.. I have all this power going to a single Bravox EDX until i can get an all sundown setup going, or possibly pop the cherry on my Memphis Mojo MadMax.
