Its Phoenix Gold Cyclone.. They weren't the cleanest bass reproduction piece but they flat our shake the hell outta you and your car..The weak link in it was the plastic rotor..It was originally designed with metal fins and motor. But the marketing and someone else decided that plastic would work just as well and be lighter..they were wrong as these things had problems lasting very long.. Saw a post on the carsound forum from one of the designers.

That thing is a piece of pure audio history...

Problem for most of us was that you had to have a separate dedicated 10" or 8" driver just to keep up with the lack in the upper bass region...
