My Kenwood excelon KAC-X522 has the LED screen that displays volt, current, temp, and fan speed.

Everything looks normal...14.3V, 38C temp, fan working..but the current consumption usually only shows 4.x to 6.x A when playing at almost full volume. Should this number be read as "##" instead of "#.#" ? I have a hard time believing it's only consuming 4 to 6 A when its CEA-2006 rated at 165w @ 4Ohms.
If you have a Kenwood excelon amp with the display feature, can you tell me what kind of current consumption yours is reading?
Thanks!
