Fancy a fondle, eh?
I'm at college now and don't want to put on the freshmen 15 by eating fast food everyday and I don't have the money to eat out for dinner everynightl So what are some EASY, GOOD, food recipes? Let's keep it simple since I'm not a chef by any means:(

Subway has the $2.49 per 6 inch sub daily special deal.

I strongly suggest this, except on Tuesdays (Meatball sub). While it tastes great, it's loaded with fats!

As long as you stay active, don't be afraid to eat fast food frequently. Make sure you join intermural sports or church leagues. Lift weights and go jogging.

If you are honest to yourself and are willing to cook several meals a day, always have 100% whole wheat bread with you.

I get packets of dry sealed tuna at wal-mart for $.92, 3oz of tuna, no water. Mix with a bit of mayo, pickle relish, sliced apples and it makes a great sandwich, high in fibers in protein.

Also, go to a Sam's Club and pick yourself up some Tyson Chicken, about $10 for a big bag. Should last you a few weeks. They have terriyaki flavor which is great.

Check out their frozen tilapia as well. Fry in olive oil and put your choice of seasoning on top. Super Target sells Minute Brown rice for REALLY cheap. Pick yourself up a few boxes of that and make it with the chicken or fish, its easy and absolutely idiot proof.

I could go on forever, if you want more tips hit me up with a PM or AIM @ mattbailey21.

mj king of eating cheap. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif awsome awsome

just get a george forman grill and throw on some chicken breast or burgers and your set. i"m in to bobdybuilding somewhat and i dont eat out and can hardly cook so just get you a hot plate with a frying pan and make you some omelets which will give you good protein. you could also just get some tunna cans, chopped letus, corn, and some mayo and mix it all to gether and even more healty protein.

Same here with the bodybuilding diet except I can't stand to use a GF Grill since I have always cooked with a skillet. Anyway, you can get chicken breast for $0.87/lb here and cleaning it isn't that hard (unless you buy 30-40lbs at a time like I do). Ground turkey can be had for $1.62/lb here if you know where to shop. Farmer's markets are the best place to buy fruits and veggies; usually, I find they are half as expensive for most of what I eat, and it usually is better quality than the supermarket.

If you can manage it, a Costco or Sam's Club card is great for buying bulk meats, milk, cottage cheese, oats, etc. If you are in a dorm, it isn't quite as easy unless you can get a whole bunch of people in on a group buy, but if you have your own pad, it can be great if you want to just drop $50 and live off that for a few weeks.

For recipes, put meat between two slices of whole wheat bread without the mayo and cheese. Get some spices to flavor your stuff without adding calories. Cut out the beer, chips, and refined sugars. Eating out and ordering late night pizzas is what adds on the pounds. If you know what you are taking in instead of absent-mindedly stuffing your face, you should be fine.

Ramen Noodles

And Hot Pockets.

And it wasn't my freshman year that got me. It's this first year out of college, where all I do is sit on my *** at my desk all day.
