Subway has the $2.49 per 6 inch sub daily special deal. I strongly suggest this, except on Tuesdays (Meatball sub). While it tastes great, it's loaded with fats! As long as you stay active, don't be afraid to eat fast food frequently. Make sure you join intermural sports or church leagues. Lift weights and go jogging. If you are honest to yourself and are willing to cook several meals a day, always have 100% whole wheat bread with you. I get packets of dry sealed tuna at wal-mart for $.92, 3oz of tuna, no water. Mix with a bit of mayo, pickle relish, sliced apples and it makes a great sandwich, high in fibers in protein. Also, go to a Sam's Club and pick yourself up some Tyson Chicken, about $10 for a big bag. Should last you a few weeks. They have terriyaki flavor which is great. Check out their frozen tilapia as well. Fry in olive oil and put your choice of seasoning on top. Super Target sells Minute Brown rice for REALLY cheap. Pick yourself up a few boxes of that and make it with the chicken or fish, its easy and absolutely idiot proof. I could go on forever, if you want more tips hit me up with a PM or AIM @ mattbailey21. -Matt
