Follow-ups to posts

I have been in the forums for a few weeks now and have noticed many threads posted with questions regarding to specific problems/malfunctions. Many of these posts, although helpful, often fall to the bottom leaving me wondering if a fix or solution was ever found.

I understand that many of us face a great deal of different and unusual situations. Your problem may never be a problem that another user encounters but if a posted solution or follow up to a problem helps just one member, I feel that following up on your threads is worth the effort...

What do you guys think?

Do you mean that if someone posts a question about a technical problem and nobody answers and later the same person figures it out, they should post what the cause of their problem was so that other can see that they got it solved and at the same time maybe someone can learn from their problem?

Exactly.
