As far as designing them goes...prob not many if any here that can full out design one. Horns are very complicated you're better off IMO using a design from some audiophile site....built 5 or 6 of these myself...they are pretty badazz DECWARE's Death Box II - High Output Subwoofer

Why do you want a folded horn specifically. What makes you think that is the best option for that driver? Do you really think you have the space?

Full size horns are impractical in a car. If youd like something of a rear loaded horn design, shoot me a PM and I can do one for a small fee.
