Focal vs DLS

Hi everyone, i'm about buying component, rear speaker and 4 chan amp.

I'm 99% sure about the amp, an ARCaudio 4050-XXK.

For component and rear speaker, i can get ;

1)front=Focal 165KF; K2 woofer with polyglass crossover and tweeter rear= 6.5 access

2)front=DLS Iridium 6.2 rear= DLS MS6

I can get these two setup for almost the same price. What you think i shoulg buy?

where are u located? your english is very good I have listened to the focals sets and the dls sets (dls on a daily bases). I have also seen alot of reviews from mags in the USA and In other countries and all the test the dls sets always came out on top or tied. I prefer the sound of the dls set myself. Awesome sq on the iridium set, one of the best i have heard. The focals are a little "hotter" sounding than the dls set . If your after the Hotter brighter sound with sq the focal set will suite u perfect. If u want a natural sounding set that will have excellent sq the iridiums will do perfect.

at the end of it, whatever u get will make u happy, they are both great, i have the focal K2 installed and i'm happy

No better match than Rainbow to an Arc amp.....but yes I'd prefer the DLS sound to Focal myself

I think focal's put out some of the best midrange possible. Thats why I would choose them

I look at the rainbow line, but they are much expensive than dls and focal..

i would take DLS anyday over focal, although i have never heard the DLS iridiums i know some very knoweldgable SQ comptetitors who stand behind this set.

The Focals however are nice, but not THAT great.

and remember, its all in the install.

i tried out some focal ay cartoys for my truck and to be honest there not that good i would go DLS
