Are these speakers any good? There are a few good reviews online. I'm not too experienced with comp speakers. Are there better out there for the money? What amp would be good with them also? I'm not super big on SQ but want more from the music, & not always have my subs drown out the stock speakers. I'm more concerned about them being louder without being harsh.

depends on what you like to listen to and what type of sound you like.. they are decent by all means but i dont care for there tweeters without some good EQing..

Gonna go with some CDTs. Heard they are not as harsh as the Focals. It's 100% rap

Just picked up a set of the ID CTX comps for cyber monday. These sound great and the tweeters are much smoother than Focal.
