focal ps 165 need help rockford fosgate t400-4

hi i curently have a set of focal ps165 components and a RF t400-4 i have channels 1 and 2 to left and right on amp and im just borderline underpowering them.. it sounds well meh... first time getting technical into car audio and not just (hey lets see if its works) i want to learn and get the knowledge needed to eventually work in the car audio world.. i am rewiring because im going to spend around a grand on new stuff

xs power 3d400

200 ft' knu ss karma 16 ga wire

0 gauge kolossus fleks dual amp power kit

saz-1200d on 2 jl audio 12w6v2's that i baught blown and got repaired

my question is would it be better to run the set...

channel 1 tweeter left

channel 2 tweeter right

channel 3 midrange left

channel 4 midrange right

all with passive crossovers and having the headunit send a rca signal of high and mid

or have the headunit send a front signal to amp and having

right tweeter and midrange bridged on 1 & 2

left tweeter and midrange bridged on 3 & 4

birth sheet on rf t400 is 75x4 @ 4 ohm and 249x2 @ 4ohms bridged

focal ps 165 are 150 peak 80wrms

what would be better and why?

headunit is pioneer premire deh-p860mp

bridged power will probably yield better results - but note that speaker performance is dictated by install and not just amplification.
