Focal or herts Component

Hi

So im confused but i need a lil more push on which i should go for as component

HERTZ HSK 130 Component Speakers 5.25

Or

FOCAL P165 V30 6.5" CAR 2-WAY

I heared ppl sayin the the herts midbass isnt that good im probly going with focal just need more advice should i go with it or there is something better goin power dem witha sundown sax 100.4

I don't know every component set from either. But I have focals in my front doors, I'll see which ones I have and message you. But they sound amazing.

Hertz mid bass gets very good when you get to the high energy line and up. Some of the best out there for sure. Don't expect a lot from a 5.25 though no matter what you get.

So focal ? I saw a few herts 6.5 but most of them require 125watts to 150watts

They don't require that much. That's the max power on a sine wave over a long period of time before failure.

Never cared for focal

I have the ESK 2 way 6.5 components and sound great. They arent the best for higher volumes but sound phenomenal at mid-high level volume.

I can say that EQ and speaker placement has a huge impact on speaker performance. The ESKS sounded great but after i sealed/deadened my doors, got a 80prs(clean as fuck output) and eq'ed each side, running them actively as well and they sound stupid nice.
