focal or cdt?

I've never used that specific Focal set, but nothing I've heard from CDT has particularly impressed me...

Audition some of the higher end sets in a proper install.

I'm not sure if you have enough $$ there, but look into the Model: HD-62/M6 set.

Both of these guys have had more transactions here than they can probably remember. And they both have great reputations. Do not hesitate to buy from them for a moment. I would MUCH rather by from either of these guys than go through some website.

Oh, and they are both named Don -- and that is important.

Without a doubt, I'd go with the focals.I love their sound.

oh and i vote focal. ran 2 set's of the k2 power 3 way's with the focal 5'' drivers. sounded amazing.

X2. I think CDT must be the most over priced, over hyped crap in car audio. But thats just MY opinion. The classic series just plain sucks and everything above that is priced 3x above what its worth.

I've had nothing but good luck with the Focal polyglass series but the power series (with the yellow, woven cones) have a tendency to warp in the heat.

If you get them from a Autho dealer Im sure you can get them replaced..

If anything gose wrong with a Focal Speaker My Shop Replaces it no problem..

I have both. Look around here at the post I have going on how long it has taken SO FAR to get back on bad 6x9 from Focal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif I blew a couple of my CDT tweets and they took care of me like no other! I am extremely happy with CDT and all the pieces that I have of theirs. Top notch in my books! I wouldn't even consider another Focal anything.

Sorry to hear that Intercooler..

My shop tends to give you a new set & keep the ones we get back..

Or credit you for a set if the warranty is up & you want to try somthing difrent..

We tend to get all of the warranty items back in 2/3 weeks

With the CDT's Iv delt with the Xovers were crap strippedout screws & overall poor design.. But To each him own eh..
