Focal K2P not working repairable?

Anybody want to take a look at it for me and see if you can fix it? Been in contact with Orca design and they r saying they do not fix them and I should look at either (2) W/165KR, (2) W/165KR2, or

(2)W/165KRX2. Little bummed the best they can do is have me spend more cash. SO just checking with some of u guys to see if someone could or would see if they can find what up?
