Well my budget just went down and I still need components. I'm running about 85 watts to them up front and 1000 watts to my subs so I would like them to be clear and still play loud. Here are the 2 lines that I'm down to,

Focal access 6.5

or

Diamond Audio D661a

I owned the focal access comps and they were pretty nice for the price. However, I can't give you a very good review as I never sealed and dampened the doors well enough for them to have full potential. They sounded great with rock,amazing, crystal clear. Rap, mehhhh that was a different story (probably were sealing the doors would have made the difference) They were basically playing free air and wouldn't sound to good on the low notes. I'm guessing since you can afford the focal access line, your budget is somewhere between 200-300 dollars? Hopefully some other people can chime in that have used comp sets within that price range as I know those two options aren't the only choice for the price.

I haven't heard the diamonds so I can't say.
