Focal 6.5 2-WAY COMPONENT SPEAKERS

Im looking at focal but confused on which model to go with

1 - FOCAL P165 V15 6.5 2 WAY COMPONENT - 450$

2 - FOCAL P165 V30 6.5 2WAT COMPONENT - 290$

difference is 160$ is it worth it ?

ill be powering them by a sundown sax 100.4 ill get one pair of speaker now and another later for the rear doors
