im looking to buy these speakers but i would like to know how they sound i can only ask since i wont be able to hear a set of these.

so how do these sound on vocals, i need clear and loud defined vocals which can be easily heard over strong bass, also will these take 250rms and will they sound good in stock locations in a golf mk4 were the mids and tweeters face each other

had a set of 3 way K2P's in a van w/ 12- 12'' subs. at 156.0+ DB.... they kept up!!!! for **** sure... they sounded great... miss them!!!! was running them off a cadence 1000 w 2ch. even the polyglass 165v2 are awsome sounding... focal makes a great product..

they are a bit harsh at first, but after some break-in they are pretty amazing.

i would give the set a 9 out of 10, the only thing i did not like about them was the alum tweeters, a bit harsh for my ears and higher volumes. Otherwise this is an outstanding set of comps.

The tweeter attentuation on the crossover helps out nicely...

I've listened to the K2P's and they sound amazing. There is nothing from Focal that I haven't been impressed with. K2P's are great speakers to really let loose and crank whatever you want to listen to. They can take a pretty good beating, although not necessary to fully enjoy them, and still sound marvelous.

How many watts can the Polyglass V2's take RMS?

I'm feeding my V1's 200W RMS using an MBQ RAA2400, they are fine Of course, gains are not set nearly close to max.
