Focal 130VR

I have a chance to buy a set of Focal 130VR components. They are 5.25 and are brand new never installed or wired up. The seller wants 200 for them which is a good price. Anyone have experience with these and what do you think having them in the rear doors and paired with JL Audio C5's 6.5 components? Not sure how the smaller woofers will sound paired with larger ones?
