I had them balance the tires last month (warranty) with new tires and decided to have them do the change while it was in the shop

got a small pipe wrench or just find the next closest size socket and hammer it on, i get idiots at work that bring thier cars in cause they didnt wanna change their own oil this time...lol... i always know why when they say that....lol... but seriously ive never had one i couldnt get out.....

grind away at 2 sides to give it more to grip on to or just tack weld a nut on their as said earlier

bring it back to sears for an oil change and let THEM deal with it ... explain you hadn't tampered with it they stripped it last time you were there!

Hammer small socket on, and use 24" or longer breaker bar.

Grab the Dremel, and cut a slit in the middle of the bolt. Take a screwdriver and twist it out.

If all else fails just use a ****-up to get the oil out through the dipstick... then go with whatever suggestions above when you get more time.

Drill it out, drain it, and get a new self tapping nut and make new threads.

You do realize that most oil pans are made out of 10g - 12g which is going to be impossible to tap unless you are able to flare it in like the factory drain screw is.

Schuck's has these things called EZ outs. Drill a hole partway into the plug and use one of those. Set cost like $12 with lifetime warranty.
