They did my last oil change and when I went to take the plug out today the fn plug was rounded like a pipe!!!! I tried to get it off with a pipe wrench but it wont free, so I tried heating it and still wont budge. I have to go on a trip tomorrow morning and I cant get the fkr off. Now what???

Vice grips. replace drain plug, do it yourself next time and quit complaining //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I dont think a garage can get that fkr out, Ill probably gonna have to get a new pan //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Thats just tamper stuff, so if you say they didn't put oil in your crankcase they can say that seal was broken(tampered) by you or someone else.

It must have been rounded real good if your vice grips dont budge it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Nothing pisses me off more than people over torqueing things

Tire Kingdom did the same thing to mine. Rounded the focker out, luckily I was able to get it out with vice grips.

A friend of mine bought a car and it was impacted in, and rounded out. They had to drill thru the plug, tap threads, screw a bolt into it, then tac weld it into place so thaey could get it out.

Thay may be your best bet if vice grips didn't work.

tack weld a new nut on it before you get a new pan should come out quite easily.
good pointer but im leaving early am and I dont have a welder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
