Fixing a blown MTX 1501d

Ok got a few more details about the amp today. It powers up, turns on and everything but instead of playing music thru the subs it just moves the subs in and out like an electonic pulse or something. Any ideas? Help me out guys.

ok so the amp is sending a dc signal to the speakers which usually means some capacitors went out. (One of the capacitors' jobs is to block dc voltage)

you want ac voltage out of the speaker outputs. when an amp outputs dc it can and will damage the speakers wired to it and make an "electronic pulse" noise. So at the very least you would have to have some capacitors replaced but there probably are other problems with it also, I would have to do a further inspection to know.

Someone had told him capacitors as well. I'll take a look at it tomorrow and get some pics maybe that will help.
