Fitness Crew - Best Way to drop 10 lbs without a gym membership?

I was going to start today, but someone just called me at work and said a bunch of people are going to The Common Ground for 7 Dollar pizza+pitcher combos.

Drink a couple of liters of water a day, cut out all caffeine in your life, eat more baked chicken/turkey breast, and most importantly - get the proper amount of sleep!

Or just develop a coke/meth habit.

Alright, I have slowly but surely put on 10 pounds of beer belly. I'm not horribly overweight but I need to put a stop to this slovenly trend.
I'm ~6'2" 200lbs atm. I should be around 185-190. Not a perfectionist, don't care about getting cut or huge I just need to drop this excess belly fat.

What's a non-extreme diet/excersize plan to get this done? I don't want to join a gym, but I have an exercise bike and a couple 1-hand barbells between 20-35 lbs.

FYI- I have never learned **** about nutrition. I don't eat fast food all the time or anything, but I rarely think about the nutritional content of foods. Average meal in a weekday is like "2 eggs with diced tomato for breakfast, turkey and cheese sub for lunch, burger + soup for dinner". Shittier over the weekend because I'll eat out or order takeout at 3am.

Also drink several beers a night on weekdays.

I'm in the same boat. Tryin to shed some pounds but my beer drinking isn't helping things. I generally drink three times a week to the point of gettin drunk. Been jogging lately and tryin to watch what I eat. It's **** hard to though.

If you're serious you will cut that **** out.

So many people talk about losing weight but they never go through with it and ***** about how little they eat and how they dont lose weight and they dont even count their calories.

Its going to take a lot of hard work and dedication. It's just all about how bad you want it.

Getting a nice body isn't 5 easy payments of 29.95.

It is not 3 easy 20 minute workouts a week. Its busting your ass! Again its all about how bad you want it. Feel me?

 
eat whatever you want... drink whatever you want... BUT... don't eat crappy food within 2-3 hrs of going to bed... run 3+ times a week, or play basketball (great for people who don't want to just run)... a sport is actually better for losing weight because you will actually run more.. UNLESS your trained enough to run 4+ miles...... runnin 1-2 miles a day... every day, wont do SHEIT!!

and for eating... its all about portion control... dont eat until you are stuffed.

If you want to get a little better diet... get lots of fish and chicken

When I lose weight though.. I still drink my bers (in moderation) I still eat chips, and pizza, and ice cream....just can't go crazy with it.

you are right on most of that. BUT, if he's just trying to lose weight, and doesnt care about gettin in shape, he doesnt have to go through all that.. doesnt have to start counting calories... sh1t I lost 10 lbs in 2 week while drinking heavily... was runnin 5-6 miles 4-5 times a week though.. and I was only 5'5" 165... dropped to 155 in 2 week.. now resting at 145-150 for the last year (havent really been workin out either) just won't put the weight back on

 
5 calorie mustard and 15 calorie ketchup aren't going to make a huge differnece. Definetly right about the water though.
What about the mayo?

Seems like your food isnt bad, maybe wheat and try and cut down the condiments.. Obviously beer is a problem but I would wake up 30 min earlier and run a little, before eating or drinking anything. And like the other people have said If just try and drink watter..

What you eat and consume is the main thing...

--I like what snb said, dont eat right before bed and dont get stuffed... Maybe try spreading your meals out.. eating more meals but smaller....

It just dont look like you want to do alot of excersizing?

 
My best advice is to try and find an activity that you enjoy doing. Make it something enjoyable rather than something you HAVE to do. Get your buddies together and go shoot some hoops every other night or something.

Exactly. I stated already, I don't want a sixpack. I don't CARE about that ****. I just don't want this beer belly in my way, it's excessive. Beyond that I am perfectly satisfied being a little doughy.
