First Try at Designing a Ported Box

with those numbers i'd probably try the single 4" or either build a slot port.
I think I'll stick with the 4" diameter pipe with 90's, but I'll need to find out the volume of the 90's... Thinking plugging an end and filling it with water and pouring it into a measuring glass and converting from liters to ft^3?

i mocked up my port and measured the length. the trick is to measure down the center of the port.

How do you measure down the center of a curved port? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

put the tape measure inside the port, keep it centered inside, bend it where it needs to be bent.
Alrighty then. I was thinking you meant measure down to the apex of the bend from both straight edges, if that makes sense.

Thanks for all the help! Much appreciated!
