Hey guys, I've never tried this with car audio but I want to try to (4) Crescendo 10" 8 ohms each Midrange speakers to 1 Taramps HD5000.1 Amplifier.

So 4 mids at 300 watts rms - 8 ohms parallel should give me 1 ohm 2400 watts per speaker. 2400 x 4 = 9600 watts.

I want to use the Taramps HD 5000.1 amp which outputs 6000 watts rms at 13.8 volts.

What do you guys think, any suggestions?

What about left and right stereo?

Are you planning a mono soundstage?

4 - 8 ohm speakers would be a final load of 2 ohms not 1 ohm

How do you plan on running 4 - 10" drivers for a soundstage?

EDIT - also what is your electrical setup that you plan / want to run 5,000 watts for a front stage? I would assume you plan to run at least that much to the substage so what electrical do you have to support 1,000 amps of power draw?
