Yes that amp will power those subs, may be a little too much power but just watch the gain and you should be ok. That being said I wouldn't waste my money on either one because they're both junk. Save up your money, do some research on this site and buy something decent. It might take a little longer but You'll be happier in the end.

I agree with big scott. Stay away from kicker. The amp isn't terrible but you can do a whole lot better here.

Here is a little system that doesn't cost much more then what you have listed but will last and sound much much better.

Kicker is very looked down upon here unless you are looking at oldschool (before they became cheap Walmart/bestbuy mainstream bull) or higher end ones which are still over priced for what they offer. Give us your budget and you'd get a lot more help
