Sold First post- please help!

I need some help! This is my first post, i need some advice. I was installing my Polk MMC6500's in my truck and pushed the grill in on one of the tweeters, crunching the dome. I popped it back out, but the tweeter buzzes now. Should I contact Polk for a replacement? Or do I have any other options with the stock crossovers? Im pretty new to all this, and help would be greatly appreciated!

Pics would be helpful. After reading your post it sounds like a install mistake so you would need to buy a new tweeter. Try contacting polk and see what there advice is.

No pics, it was definitely an install mistake though. The silk dome of the tweeter was damaged, I put a pinhole in it when i was trying to pop the grill back out. I used sound deadener on the the door so the buzzing is coming from the tweeter. Im wondering if there is another tweeter I could buy to replace it instead of having to call up Polk for a replacement.

Well the crossovers are most always set up for that specifice tweeter, but you could just find a tweeter that has the right ohm rating and close to same freqency range.
