so SEs over the IA lethal injection, these SEs will get plenty loud correct off the 1500w. lets say i got the sxs would they sound louder off the 1500w from the sundown or should i stick with the SEs

I doubt it. That is because you would be underpowering the SX's, while the SE's would be running off their RMS. The SE's are more efficient than the SX's, so off that power they would be louder.

thanks for all the input brother, ill make sure to take pics of the setup when everything is all done, i just finished building the box today...i really appreciate everyones help
