It looks to me like an Incriminator Audio DP motor with different baskets. Also with the 12 spoke there is no need for the gap between the basket and the motor. Same spider and tinsel lead setup. The 12" 8 spoke takes the same spider as the 10", 12", & 15" 12 spoke baskets (18" 6 spoke also) (7.5" Spiders). The 15" & 18" 8 spoke takes a larger spider (9.2" Spider). They look alot like Brahma motors.
The DP does have the same size magnet stack. It's a bit inevitable that subs sharing a 9" x 3" magnet stack will look pretty similar I suppose -- the magnet really dominates the look.It looks to me like an Incriminator Audio DP motor with different baskets. I like the chrome basket so it matched the SAZ / SAX amps color scheme of black / silver / black.IMO with a name like "NIGHTSHADE" the basket should have been black.
is it really that big of a deal though?IMO with a name like "NIGHTSHADE" the basket should have been black.
I'm guessing you are looking at the 15s? They'll have good extension for a large, SPL oriented, driver -- yes.will this sub perform well at or below 30 hz?
