The 'other place' i was referring to is post-American-invasion Iraq...not America. I know you're not that stupid...
And yea, Iraqi's are split usually on whether they think its an overall good thing or not. But not many with family still there or who still live there or were lucky enough to get out a live in the middle of all this, would agree they are glad the US did what it did. I personally have family there, some that were literally killed BY SADDAM PERSONALLY, and some who have died as a result of this war.

I did think that was what you meant....which was why I was so wtf about it.

really? are you serious? so the fact that you get to wake up in the morning, post ridiculous things about our government and not fear getting killed for it that means our government is useless? you can wake up, walk out of your house and not worry about car bombs going off or just simply surviving the day. the fact you have a relatively safe environment to live in day in day out means our government does nothing?
move to iraq or another country where democracy doesnt exist and see how much you enjoy their government.

lets talk about the pussification of America and how during in the early years no arab, german jap or russian would have gotten a bomb in this country w/o getting shot in the head. Now we debate gun ownership, 101 yr old ladies get robbed in the street and we leave everything in the cops hands and they cant do it all. social responsibility PLEASE!

Look at the mid east, they have shit to live for, they fukgn take out thousands drifting CARS. Cant give people like that a reason to fight. Imagine being raised on an AK and propaganda. It works both ways, except ours pushes towards the pussification thing. Just end the occupation. YouTube vids of border violation are a slap in the face!
