This is my really first eva fiberglass box. It was tough to start, but after the 1st layer, thing went alot better.
-in the process of taping- this was actually tough b/c the painter tape didn't stick to well to the plastic surround:

-tapping completed and trunk tape ready to go -

-supplies - I used both mat and cloth, cloth was much easier to work with around the curves - the mat seem stronger:

-after 3 or 4 layers - I will pop it out when this dry up:

- guess what....

it was tough to pop this sucka out! I think I might bend a few edges, but I happy with the way it turned out.
- another view:
I made my speaker trims during drying time. 2morrow will be fleecing, a few more coat, carpeting, and I think it should be good. Only freaking thing is waiting for the LOC so I can sort out my signals for the amp.
Big thanks for this forum, i knew nothing about fiberglass. After reading ALL of the tutorial, i felt confident enough to try it out. It not really that hard after the first layer!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thankyou.gif.5451126d09e870f796f50c3a4dd5acd7.gif
