Well he has 2 alpines going in the box, not sure on the amp however. Im guessing, with the size of the panels you will probably have some flex. That bracing will change the tuning, but BARELY, I mean, we are talking like .08 cubic feet. Airflow shouldnt be a problem. I also routered the edges of the brace.

Well I used right at 2 sheets for both boxes. So probably about 1 1/4 sheets.
