first box build

I'm building 2 sealed boxes for 2 jl 10w6. I am gonna build it to the specs on their site because it's the perfect size i need and don't want to really experiment. I have some questions though

what tools are recommended like for cutting the holes for the sub. and to get the straightest possible lines. I live in an apartment so no table saw here i will be using a jigsaw.

Circular saw, router, and a jigsaw. also need a pair of saw horses.

well gonna build 2 sealed boxes for 10w6 jl's. I got the circular saw a jigsaw and gonna get the glue and mdf at home depot tomorrow. last time i was there i saw different types of mdf. would it be cool to get the widest part that i need cut there and do the rest myself or don't even let them touch it. I've heard that they're off by a bit.
