Finished my trunk.....for now. (pics)

I haven't been around too much lately because I started work at another shop, and I work 6 days a week now. But I figured I'd come back around to show you guys how my trunk turned out. I'm glad it's done for a while, because I d*mn sure don't feel like working on it anymore after doing it all week. I haven't decided if I'm gonna just carpet the box, or take it back out and glass and paint it.

They're 3512's powered by a single 1200.1(for now) in 5.88 cubes with 76 sq in of port tuned to 46 hz (unplugged) You can see the port plug in the pics, and with the plug in, its 43 sq in tuned to 33 hz. It gets pretty darn loud considering it's in the trunk. I'll be sure to let you know when I get it metered, and when I get another 1200.1 and my alt (hehe). Later.

I like the set up...It's simple but at the same time says "kick @ss" all over it. I want to see what they metter at.

Just got completed with a near same setup, and it resulted in a blown 3510...keep those gains WAY the hell down...good luck man!!! Lokks real nice...

..Why do people install their stuff so it is facing AWAY from the inside of the car? wouldn't facing them TOWARD the inside of the car make it have better sq?

I was wondering the same thing actually? How would a box built for 2 subs facing the driver and 2 subs facing the back sound??
