JT, the reason I was asking is because I'm almost going to have the exact same install as you. The only exception is that I will have 2 shivas. I'm more interested in the SQ, I was wondering if I would get more SQ having the subs face the inside uf the car (while they are in the trunk) while the back seat is still up (so the back seat is blocking the subs). How would the sound change if I had them like that, instead of facing the trunk?

I think that 2 firing front, and 2 firing back would cause a lot of cancellation. Probably not a good idea.

Common misconception. DD's have great SQ, even in this box that's more for SPL they sound great imo. SQ and SPL are more box dependant than anything anyway.

Ok thanks JT now what about 2 firing to the front and 2 firing up?? I seen boxes like this all the time. I want to build a box for 4 subs? Any good ideas?

I'd keep them all firing in the same direction if possible.
