nice construction.. if that box doesn't fall apart.

i say put it in your car and crank it for about 10 minutes, if it doesn't fall apart, or sound like shit, keep it : )

looks like good construction meathod and techniques... but is it for a small trunk space or something where it had to be that small of a hieght?

if it falls apart.. you could easily build another one, like i said, nice technique.

I'm sure it will look pretty decent once its covered with fabric or vinyl.

as far as sound goes, if it was designed right it will still kick ***.

the bracing idea was good since that front baffle looks a little weak, but i don't think it will give you any problems since your sub is also sitting on the top and bottom piece.

Because my trunk isn't very deap, and I was worried that even 16" tall would hit the lid. Plus, the shorter the hight of the port the shorter the length of the port. It's 15.625" tall. I've been playing it all day long as max volume and no signes of weakness and the sub sounds great and really loud. I'm going to keep it.

Oh, btw lemans, your kinda being a dck head. Lets see you build a better box.

i'm telling u that a dual baffle setup will not be strong and regardless it isn't smart to have the subwoofer span the gap.

Why does everyone say Lemans makes crappy enclosures? From what I have seen, they are not bad at all, the only thing is they are no works of art. They are designed well and built well, he just doesnt care how they look....
