Well the thing is i havent been able to throw it in my car yet.... for the last 3 months i have been building my system and i have been ripped off a couple times so im not installing untill i have put some security measures in place

use a sharper utility knife or scissors on your next project, you can trim the carpet on that port opening better that way. *thumbs up*

is that elmers all purpose glue or something on the corner?

Word. The sharper the blade, the better. I've even gone so far as to use two blades (or just flip the blade over) on one box.

That'll also help hide any uneven carpet cuts around the port.

thanks for the tips boys. i did paint the port right after i took that pic.... it was a ***** but it was worth it. and ya i was using a razor blade but it was a ***** to use because it was dull and it was small and my ****ing hands could barley hold onto it, i think im gonna do a lil more work on her buy a sharper knife
