I bought a 2008 Crewmax Tundra. I have enough room to fit a 4 Ft3 box behind the back seat. I am going to install 2 Orion HP 12 inch woofers with a 1200 watt Orion CLass D mono amp. Let me know what you think of the build! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

lookin pretty good, what is it tuned to? Wish I had that kind of room behind the seat in my Ford, can only get about 17" or height before I run out of depth.

Got any more pics of the subs n amp? Where are you planning on putting the amp, under the back seat?

Lookin forward to some more pics.

I have plenty of room behind my back seat. The dimensions are 26H x 56W x (4D and 10.5D). With the slot port it is tuned to 33hz. I like low bass!

I dont have any pictures of the Orion Amps yet. I am using an Orion 4 channel to run the JBL components that came with the truck. If they dont cut it I will be buying some Kicker RS components.

Both amps will fit under the rear seat...barely!

those hp's are very capable subs..i used to own one 12" and i hit a 138.2 on 800 watts in a trunk..and the box was sealed..it is very common for 2 of those hps to hit in the mid 140's with moderate power in a ported box...they are very cheap two..can be had for less than 100 bucks on ebay.. or hifisoundconnection.com

I bought my Orion products thru HiFi sound connection...but they are slow!

The box does fit 12's and the dimensions are:

26H x 56W x (4D and 10.5D) = 4 ft3 total

Whats the deal with that black steel plate on your back wall? Blow through???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

Looks like your seat slides forward too, wish I had that luxury. Looks like this truck is gonna be pretty loud //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Got any plans for any carpet or any finishing on the box?

The black plate is the cover for the window. It slides up and down all the way...pretty cool.

The back seats go back and forth and tilt. With my seat all the way back and tilted some, I can sit in the back seat comfortably and I am 6'2" .

I already have ordered grey carpeting and all the accessories such as wiring and cables and grills to protect the woofers. HiFi sound is a bit slow but very reasonable!
