I need some help fellas. Im having trouble finding sources for a speech I'm giving on how to tie a tie ( yea stupid topic i know ) but i need to find the percentage of adult american males know how to tie a tie.

Do like the Gov. does when estimating things. ask 100 males and then use that percentage.

That is a very poor sampling technique.

To get an accurate estimate he would have to do a random sample covering the united states, and that would be very difficult without a sampling frame.

I'm a 'statistics for social sciences' and 'research methods' supplemental instructor.
