Finding replacement tweeters for Boston Pro60

I bought a set of Boston Pro60 but they're missing tweeters. Now I hear that the tweeters on these babies are bright. i dont like too bright...it hurts my ears. What do you recommend me doing? Whatever I get, it'll be mounted in the 4" hole on my Mini Cooper. Thanks in advance.

You could get some seas Aluminum 27's

With 4" you could go with large frame tweeters like the Vifa X25 as long as

the location is not likely to get the speaker touched or bumped, otherwise you need

one with a grill solution.

There are lots of good tweeters on madisound, just make sure you do a little

research on the ones you like. Another option is to go active, I heard the BA's come

to life and cut the harshness when you do.

I have a pair of Pro60s. With the tweeter x-overs set to -2, they're not overly bright in the least.

Hope you get it figured out! What crossover point are you using? Or are you trying to use them on the passive x-overs that came with your bostons? If i recall correctly, the bostons are 3 ohm drivers, so putting a 4 ohm driver on their crossover will result in different x-over point than you would have with boston's tweets.
