Finding Out Info Bout Renters?

Im thinking about renting a room from a lady who just baught a brand new house locally. I recently moved back in with my parents after 3 years of having my own place and planned on paying off some bills and buying a house, but thats not happening. I dont budget or anything like i use to and im more broke now then i was paying all my bills. now its more like spend money and buy toys, then pay bills as before was pay bills then toys! and its stressing me out cause i have no privacy or anything. i sleep on a couch and have to deal with parents all day long.

anyways im trying to save money, but have a place of my own.

im looking for a way to get info on the renter? shes told me anything i wanted to know about her, but i wanna know more that she probably wont tell me. or whatever. i guess i watch too much court tv shows!

haha, i was thinking that. ive never lived with strangers, but she said her and her roomate are 27 year old females. not to be cocky, but im a pretty big ladies man so i wonder if id have a chance! even though i havent seen what they look like which could be scary!!!

what do you want to know? make sure you get a written document signed.. Make sure you both agree and there isn't any tension on either side when the deal is made.. if either party is any bit uneasy about the deal it will only escalate down the road.. make sure you read the document fully!!! and if you don't understand something in it ask a lawyer if you have to..

make sure you know who you are renting from and if you are paying for a room.. make sure it has a lock.. that room wil be your house.. they can't enter it freely legally..

if they look so so u can allways give them the whole hard and mayb if your alittle behind on the rent u can get behind one of them and work off the rest of the money.....pics if said fu ckin takes place..

i asked her to send me a copy of the rental agreement so i can look it over. the house is brand new and looks awesome. rent is flat rate of $400 month with all utilities included and digital cable, internet etc.

kinda makes me feel like id be on the real world...haha gay i know

if u just have lunch u might be able to get a feel for them but u know killers allways come off nice at first .
