Finally got some stuff done today. (56k go make dinner)

well... i was short on deadening so i figured cutting pieces will cover more area then using long sheets. im gonna cover the trunk with some carpet so you wont be able to see the deadner anyways.

Looks good. I'd tell you to clean up the rats nest of wires, but then I would be a hypocrite lol...
if you guys are talking about the accord, its already gone. and as for the civic im gonna clean it up when i get my other amp in there.

Thanks for the input fellas!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

eh, nope.... itll cover the same amount of area still } : >

i know what cha mean tho... just clean it up a bit. it would **** to have somethin come lose or roll around tangle up and fry stuff.... it happens....

Im not going to say good job, because the deadening job looks pretty rough. And your car looks like a fire hazard.
Messy wiring is DANGEROUS.

All I can hope is that it sounds good, which I cannot determine for obvious reasons.
what messy wiring are you guys talking about... the accord is gone theres nothing in the trunk of that accord i took it all out before i sold it.

Looks pretty good. Your car and mine would make a nice photo shoot.

Let me know if you have to turn up the volume to get more out of your sub now since you've deadened the rear deck.

I did that and had to boost my gain a little to get it like it was before deadening. Don't think I'll deaden a top deck again if I go with a trunk enclosure. I'm not sure if it helped. Though, the trunk lid definitely helps.

Oh, and next time you run low on deadener, just use foam insulation on the areas where you have interface rattling, and then put some deadener over that. I used one layer of both on my trunk lid and wrapped everything that would rattle against something else in foam, then added deadener. My trunk doesn't rattle at all. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

THAT SHIT IS CLEAN!! US AMPS FTW! Its all about function over form. As long as it performs for him thats all that matters. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
