heres a pic of unfinished box in the trunk to show how big it is... i got scared puttin it in cus it was super tight, less than half an inch clearence between the trunk latches (as you can see) and prolly a 1/4 inch from the top lol

Looks like OSB to me (oriented strand board) That L7 might tear that stuff to pieces.

its actually pretty strong , if you look closely we used little brace things to attach them at the joints so its pretty tough , but yea its not best but hey its my first box and i used what i had laying around , not bad box for costing $0.00 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If that is OSB definatly it will...TCAB uses some particle board, and Mark says its strong, but that stuff you are using doesnt look like the kind of wood he uses.

They usually use OSB for subfloors in houses sometimes. I would definatly recomend you go pick up a 20 dollar sheet of 3/4 MDF

the box is a huge concern. The wood is weak, the measurements are off, I can see gaps which will cause leaks, and you probly iddn't even tune it did you?

I once built a box out of the subfloor from work (3/4 osb) for a kicker comp 12 and I have to say its pretty shitty stuff! Shitty to cut, shitty to screw into, breaks at the corners, shitty wood all around for building boxes! Just my 2 cents before your L7 is laying in ur trunk.
