its finally nice out and i would like to put some subs/amp in my car.

i listen to mainly classic rock with a few of todays music in there, and im wondering what the best sub/amp setup would be to get. i posted awhile ago and someone suggested a pretty decent setup for around 300 bux, im on a tight budget but i think there was some sub from an online store and a phoenix gold amp on ebay. Im only looking for one sub just enough to get a little boom outta the zeppelin, and doors etc that i listen to.

Being that those genres arent very bass heavy and have quite a bit of midbass, you may benefit more from having a good comp. set.

But a sub wouldnt hurt. If youre on a budget got to mach5audio.com

those would all be good choices I believe. And theyre not too pricey. Maybe look for an amp or sub in the classified, theres always deals in there.

i had a cadence comp set awhile back, but i **** at car audio and for some reason or another the voice coil im assuming just blew and they sucked after about a month, so i would be willing for a good comp set, (not tooo expensive) and a decent amp, along with some guidelines on how to set it up and whatever else goes along with it, im pretty good with fabrication and can try to figure the best place to put them in my car with modifications, what are your suggestions on the comp set and also somethin to fill the rear soundstage for passengers and what not.

just a couple of decently priced sets with an amp setup u recomend, thanks man.
