Finally, First System (hopefully)

I first came on hear quite awhile back, and quickly learned I needed to do lots of reading before I even thought of buying my first system. While, I have done my reading and am ready to buy first system (pending the sale of a truck, so no more soccer mom van). I ready to spend about a thousand into the system w/o shipping and the cost of the box, I want to get my feet wet before I go off into deep end. I want a system 70%SQ and 30%SPL. I figure a set of 6.5" components, and 2 10" subs will work just right. The subs will be wired down to 1 or 2 ohms, and be in a 20hz ported box. Here is what I think fits best to my buget and will be what I am looking for, but I would like yall's opinion and suggestions. Thanks

Not bad for a first system, I would look at some othr options on the comps though.

I have also thought about these component speakers, but not sure is the price difference is worth it.

You may not need all of the extra wiring stuff. The knu kit should have everything you need in it, since it is a multi amp wiring kit.

yea, and walmart has real good scoche kits for cheap... right around 25 if you need multiamp stuff...
