that was denim's point. The explanation basically said the price of metal and tooling for the MX and XXX has gone up 38%. However the RE, SE, and SX all have OEM baskets and nothing has changed about them...price has gone up by over $200, MSRP about 100

The RE we used to know and deal with is pretty much a whole new animal...yes, Dave is still around...but I doubt he's making the changes that so many people are moaning about. Why don't you call US Amps and complain?
