i watched it the other night, and it was a very well made move, better than the last FF movie CG wise. i definatly think that they should make a ps3 sequal to ff7

to get the full effect of the movie i think you do, cuz when the characters show up your like who are they? the music, and the little references to the game make the movie a great experience.

but like you CAN watch it, for the fighting and CG and youll like it i think, but ifyou havent played the game, you wont get the full effect.

as for the ps3 statement, the creator of ff7 said that after hes done with all of his current projects (dirge of cerb, kingdom hearts , etc.) he "might" put the time into doing a remake (ive been waiting for that since i finished the ps1 version).

it's an amazing movie for the graphix and fight scenes. i could keep up with the plot for the most part, but i didnt really know who everyone was.
